Matings and litters

Matings and litters are in the Litters tab.

Mating and due date

Add a mating (date, female, stud, method). The app calculates the expected due date for the species, shows it on the Dashboard and in the calendar, and sends an email reminder before the date.

You can announce a planned litter right away (📣) — future buyers can sign up for a notification.

Litter and puppies

1. After whelping, add the litter: name (e.g. “B”), date of birth, parents.
2. Add the puppies to the litter — each gets its own page (sex, colour, microchip, status).
3. “Weigh the litter” — enter the weights of all puppies at once. The chart shows weight gain; the dashed line shows the expected values.

A puppy's status (for sale, reserved, sold) updates the number of available puppies in the listing.
