DogWorldBase microchip registry

Entries for your animals and how they stay in the registry.

DogWorldBase is a worldwide microchip lookup: whoever finds a dog checks the number and contacts the owner through an intermediary — without revealing their details.

Loyalty entries

Your paid plan earns DogWorldBase entries: Kennel+ — 1 entry for every 2 paid months, Pro — for every 4 — and a year paid in advance gives 10 entries with Kennel+ and 5 with Pro at once. Entries add up and never expire, even after the plan ends. Your balance is in kennel settings.

How to list an animal

On the page of an animal with a microchip number, click “List in DogWorldBase”. The first time, accept the DogWorldBase terms and privacy policy. You can list:

  • breeding animals with a pedigree number (also co-owned),
  • puppies from litters recorded in BreedManager.

Condition: your kennel is verified by our team (association, affix, membership number). A loyalty entry is paid for, so it is permanent right away. We keep the data of listed animals (name, photo, status) up to date.

When you sell

On the puppy's page, hand the entry over to the buyer — they get an invitation on dogworldbase.com and from then on the entry is theirs.

Entries are permanent

Deleting an animal, the kennel or your BreedManager account does not remove the DogWorldBase entry. You can remove it only on dogworldbase.com.

Promotional code account: up to 5 trial entries in the free period; they become permanent after kennel verification and 30 days. The free period does not earn loyalty entries.
